LONDON, June 7 (UPI) — Kensington Palace has released the first photos showing the littlest members of the British royal family — toddler Prince George and his infant sister Princess Charlotte — together.
“The photo of Prince George and Princess Charlotte was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in mid-May,” the palace tweeted.
“Prince George and Princess Charlotte together at home #WelcomeToTheFamily,” another official post said.
The series of images shows George sitting on a couch and holding Charlotte. In one, he gazes down at her, while, in another, he gently kisses her on the forehead. There is also a shot of them both looking at the camera, with George appearing very serious. The final photo features a smiling George.
The daughter of Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton was born last month. She is due to be christened in July.
