NEW YORK, June 20 (UPI) — Singer Selena Gomez is the new face of Louis Vuitton fashion.
Designer Nicolas Ghesquiere chose the 23-year-old singer to represent his fashion house just a few months after she decked out in a black and white print number for the Met Gala, designed by Ghesquiere, People Magazine reported.
Rumors have been circulating ever since that she would be a new fixture at his fashion shows.
Ghesquiere gave a sneak peek of the “Series 5” campaign ad, featuring Gomez in an over-sized black faux fur trapper hat and black leather jacket, shot by photographer Bruce Weber. Gomez was holding a small square purse embossed with the LV initials.
The famed designer also showed off his latest fashions on his Instagram account, including Weber’s photo.
