LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 (UPI) — It’s been a year of change for Selena Gomez, so it only makes sense that she adds her home to the list. On Saturday, the pop star put her 7,786-square-foot Calabasas estate on the market for $4,495,000.
According to People, the listing for the sprawling 7,786-square-foot estate states:
“Extremely rare & private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas. Sprawling over 3 acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate.”
The home features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, five fireplaces and a pool with a waterfall in the “magnificent” backyard.
Gomez bought the home, which is not far from where her ex Justin Bieber used to live, for almost $3.7 million in 2014, according to E!
On Friday, the “Me and My Girls” singer and Ellie Goulding performed at the Children in Need Telethon, which raised more than $56.5 million.
