South Korea win women’s team archery gold

Rio de Janeiro (AFP) – South Korea’s nerveless archers won their eighth successive Olympic women’s team title on Saturday with a comprehensive victory over Russia in the final.

Choi Mi-Sun, Ki Bo-Bae and Chang Hye-Jin combined for a 165-151 victory over the Russian team. No other country has won the women’s team competition since it returned to the Games at Seoul 1988.
