LOS ANGELES, April 28 (UPI) — Stana Katic is a married woman.
The 37-year-old actress’ rep confirmed Katic wed longtime beau Kris Brkljac at a private family monastery on the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia. Katic is of Croatian Serb heritage, and her parents hail from the area.
Katic’s rep revealed Brkljac is a business efficiency consultant who has been with the actress “for many years.” The couple kept details of the ceremony private, but did share a photo of their wedding bands.

Katic is best known for portraying Detective Kate Beckett on ABC series Castle. Her character wed author Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) in season six, and season seven airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET. Fillion is confirmed for season eight, but Katic’s status is uncertain.
