NEW YORK, May 21 (UPI) — Tate Donovan is to guest star in two episodes of the upcoming, third season of Masters of Sex, Showtime announced.
The 1960s-set drama is to return with a string of fresh episodes, starting July 12.
Starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan as the real-life pioneers of human sexuality, William Masters and Virginia Johnson, the series “chronicles their unusual lives, romance and pop-culture trajectory,” press notes said.
Donovan will play Graham, “a confident scientist whose relationship with Margaret Scully [played by Allison Janney] brings them to Masters and Johnson’s clinic.”
Donovan’s film credits include Argo and Good Night and Good Luck. On television, he has appeared in 24: Live Another Day, Hostages, Damages and The O.C.
