NEW YORK, Sept. 17 (UPI) — Tatum O’Neal and rumored girlfriend Rosie O’Donnell are reportedly just friends.
The 51-year-old actress’ rep told People magazine O’Neal and the 53-year-old television personality are “friends and nothing more” amid continued speculation about their relationship.
O’Neal re-sparked dating rumors this week by sharing a photo from her tropical getaway on Instagram. The star captioned the picture, “#vacations my wife and I woo woo!!! #ilovemylife,” but has since deleted the snapshot.
“They are together in [West] Palm Beach,” a source told the publication. “They are seeing each other and they have gotten stronger ever since Chelsea [O’Donnell] ran away and [O’Donnell’s] father died.”
An insider told Us Weekly the pair have been living together at O’Donnell’s home in Nyack, N.Y. She and O’Neal met several years ago in Chicago while they were working on their respective projects for the OWN channel.
O’Donnell filed for divorce from second wife Michelle Rounds in February. The television personality had a trying summer: her 18-year-old daughter Chelsea went to live with her birth mother after going missing for a week, and her dad Edward died in August.
