NEW YORK, Dec. 22 (UPI) — Taylor Swift will finish off 2015 with a new music video to her song “Out of the Woods,” to be released during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on ABC.
News Swift wasn’t done yet after the closing of her wildly successful 1989 world tour was announced Tuesday morning on Good Morning America. The Ryan Seacrest-hosted live event will begin at 8p.m. on Dec. 31.
The latest upcoming video is 26-year-old Swift’s sixth from her hit album; the tune was initially her second single following “Shake It Off” in 2014.
The pop star reportedly filmed the video in New Zealand in November, Vanity Fair observes, missing the American Music Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, during which she secured three honors.
Swift’s concert film, The 1989 World Tour Live, was released exclusively on Apple Music late Dec. 19. The singer announced the film on her 26th birthday the week prior to its release.
