NEW YORK, Dec. 16 (UPI) — Amid the film’s several premiers around the world, Star Wars: The Force Awakens cast members took time to partner with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots for a special acapella performance.

The group lent their voices to the franchise’s iconic theme music in a recording aired on the Tonight Show Tuesday night. Actors Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Adam Driver participated, while Fallon and band The Roots helped keep the medley going.

In addition to singing their hearts out for the Tonight Show, the stars joined directors George Lucas and J.J. Abrams at the film’s Los Angeles premiere Monday night.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in the United States Dec. 18.
