Washington (AFP) – Donald Trump was on the verge of winning the presidential election early Wednesday, after US networks projected him the winner of the vote in Wisconsin.
His victory in the midwestern state, with its 10 electoral votes, put him at the doorstep of the 270 needed to win the White House.
