UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash kills 4 in Fort Hood, Texas

KILLEEN, Texas, Nov. 24 (UPI) — A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed during a routine training mission in Fort Hood, Texas, killing all four crew members, military officials said.

The U.S. Army announced the crew was assigned to Division West, First Army. The names of the deceased will not be released until 24 hours after next of kin have been notified.

An investigation was launched into the cause of the crash, which happened Monday afternoon at the northeast portion of the Fort Hood Range.
