Foreign Min. receives Baroness Valerie Amos

WAM ABU DHABI: The Minister of Foreign Affairs H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the United Nations’ Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Baroness Valerie Amos today discussed the United Nations’ relief efforts and humanitarian assistance.

Present at the meeting which took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) were Director of Foreign and Humanitarian Aid Department at MoFA Mohammed Ibrahim and Juwai’ed, Head of the Gulf Office at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Khaled Khalifa and Director of the Foreign Minister’s office Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Khaja.
