WAM Dubai, Dec 30th, 2012 (WAM) — The Ministry of Health recently organized a workshop for the employees of Ajman Medical District on performance management system as part of the development program of the human resources department in the ministry.
The workshop was participated by 28 employees in Ajman Medical district and all other health facilities in addition to two special needs employees from Sharjah Medical District.
Ayesha Al Khayal, Head of Administrative Development Section in Ajman Medical District, stated that the workshop was condcted by sign language professionals to deliver the content of the workshop for the special needs employees who suffer from hearing and speaking problems.
The workshop discussed topics related to the performance management system such as performance planning, stage review, performance assessment and evaluation, basics of employees evaluation form, employee efficiency and annual performance.
The workshop was delivered by Bassem Al Otaibi, Planning and Training Consultant and was attended by Hamad Taryam Al Shamsi, Director of Ajman Medical District and Director of Sheikh Khelifa Hospital in Ajman. The sign language was translated by Saleh Oada, Sharjah TV.
