WAM DUBAI, 20th October, 2013 (WAM) — The Arab Republic of Egypt is participating in GITEX 2013 with a high-profile delegation led by Eng. Atef Helmy, Egyptian Telecom Minister. The GITEX 2013 kicked off today at Dubai International Trade Centre.
During the event, Helmy will extend an invitation to the U.A.E to take part in Cairo ICT 2013, due to held from 9th to 12th December 2013, as an honorary guest.
The Egyptian Minister said the invitation comes in recognition to the U.A.E. political and economic support to Egypt..
He added that his visit to the UAE, aims to discuss ways of strengthening cooperation and investment in the Egyptian market and opening up new horizons of collaboration and partnership with the Arab countries, which support Egypt and particularly the UAE.
