NBA: Oklahoma City 106, Cleveland 91

OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 11 (UPI) —


Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant teamed up for 53 points Sunday and the Oklahoma City Thunder rolled over Cleveland 106-91.




Westbrook fired in 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting, including four 3-pointers, while also carding 10 assists and four steals as the Thunder improved to 5-2 to start the season.




Kevin Martin added 16 points and five boards off the bench for Oklahoma City, which shot 54.8 percent from the field.




Kyrie Irving struck for 20 points, Alonzo Gee added 18 and Daniel Gibson chipped in with 16 and five rebounds for the Cavaliers, who fell for the fourth time in five road games.
