SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 12 (UPI) — Steph Curry isn’t the only shooter with ‘range for days’ on the Golden State Warriors’ roster.
On Tuesday, Klay Thompson upped Curry’s shot-from-the-tunnel with a half-court shot, while riding a bicycle.
Thompson posted video of the spectacular shot to his Instagram account with the caption: “Working on being more versatile this offseason S/o to @ttwersky for the dime in the shooting pocket.”
On the attempt, Thompson steers his bike down the center lane, accepts a bounce pass at half-court, then heaves the shot one-handed, for an all-net finish.
Thompson, 25, is the son of former player Mychel Thompson, and coming off his first NBA Championship season.
The No. 11 pick in the 2011 NBA draft has averaged 17.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists, while shooting 42 percent from 3-point range, in 306 career games.
