Watch: Jennifer Lopez ‘backs it up’ in new Prince Royce video

NEW YORK, June 10 (UPI) — Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull combined forces to give Prince Royce’s “Back It Up” the star power it needs to top charts in the Spanish version video released Tuesday.

In the hot, colorful clip, Lopez and Royce, full name Geoffrey Royce Rojas, embark on a classic poolside flirting spree. “What’s up baby?” pretty-boy Royce snaps to begin the song. “It’s your new boyfriend.”

Lopez, smartly dressed for the occasion in every shot, donning over-sized hats; sexy, plunging bathing suits; and a tight, white mini dress fit for any Miami scene, steals the show while crooning her Spanglish verses.

Pitbull, aka Mr. Worldwide, enters the screen just in time for Latin-fused dance break surrounded by beautiful dancers and bright geometric lights toward the end. “Word of advice, want a happy life? Don’t look for what you don’t wanna find,” he advises during his melodic spiel.

The English-language version of “Back It Up” is the second single from Royce’s upcoming album, which is scheduled for release later this summer.
