NEW YORK, May 5 (UPI) — Jack Black and Jimmy Fallon perfectly paired their musical talents to recreate Extreme’s “More Than Words” music video.
During Monday night’s Tonight Show, the duo took it back to the 1990’s hit and remade the whole video shot-for-shot. The equally funny comedians wore wigs, played the guitar and harmonized together to closely resemble the original production.
When the ballad first premiered, it was different from anything else the rock band has ever released. The group is still together after 25 years and is currently touring. Gary Cherone, a member of Extreme, even tweeted Fallon and Black’s version, writing: “2nd Best version ever!”
