NEW YORK, May 13 (UPI) — Original CSI cast members William Petersen and Marg Helgenberger are to return for the show’s upcoming series ender, CBS announced Wednesday.
The Las Vegas-set, crime scene investigation procedural, which spawned several successful spinoffs, will wrap its 15-season run with a two-hour movie to air on Sept. 27.
Current CSI star Ted Danson will then move to CSI: Cyber, a companion series starring Patricia Arquette, which has been renewed for a second season.
