NFL teams have expressed strong interest in Alabama head coach Nick Saban and Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly, but both coaches insisted before the BCS champsionship game on Monday that they have no plans to leave the collegiate coaching ranks.
“I don’t have any unfinished business in the NFL,” Saban said at the BCS media day. “It’s not something I’m concerned about. It’s not even anything I want to do.”
Kelly said that leaving Notre Dame “is not an option.”
“I don’t even think about it,” Kelly said.
