UCLA, Louisville, Baylor to Wear Sleeved Jerseys in NCAA Tourney

UCLA, Baylor, and Louisville will wear sleeved jerseys in the NCAA men’s college basketball tournament.

Adidas, which outfits those teams, made the announcement on Thursday. Kansas, Notre Dame, and Cincinnati will wear camouflage jerseys, but their uniforms will not have sleeves on them.

The Golden State Warriors last weekend became the first NBA team in history to wear sleeved jerseys.

Adidas, which also makes Golden State’s jerseys, feels that sleeved jerseys are more marketable, and wants to see if sleeved jerseys sell as well as football jerseys in the United States and soccer jerseys overseas.
