Kim Jong Un to Obama: Call Me

Kim Jong Un to Obama: Call Me

Dennis Rodman, the former NBA superstar who went to North Korea last week and, by all accounts, was the first American to meet with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, said Jong Un had a message for President Barack Obama: Call me.

Appearing on ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday in a hat, sunglasses, and jacket with money drawn on it, Rodman said Kim Jong Un told him he doesn’t want “to do war” and to ask Obama, if he could, to give him a call.

“He want[s] Obama to do one thing: Call him,” Rodman said. “He said, ‘If you can, Dennis, I don’t want to do war. I don’t want to do war.’ He said that to me.'”

Rodman praised the 28-year-old North Korean dictator and seemed to believe his comments even though Kim Jong Un has pledged on numerous occasions to destroy South Korea and the United States.

State Department and CIA officials have said it was “scary” that nobody in America has more intelligence on Kim Jong Un than the flamboyant and eccentric former NBA star.
