Selection Sunday – Florida Gulf Coast (14 of 50 points)
Bid Status: 15-seed in South
This is the team that beat Miami early in the season, but do not expect a threat to Georgetown. They improved nicely down the stretch to move up from 142nd to 125th in www.kenpom.com. Their trio below is solid – slightly above a 3.0 which is the minimum for a decent starter on a BCS or good mid-major team, but they do not have anyone who can truly maek a run on Georgetown to threaten.
