Selection Sunday – Oklahoma St (29 of 50 points)
Bid Status: 5-seed in Midwest
Oklahoma has the most dominant future NBA freshman in the country in Marcus Smart, but the downside is that they entire backcourt is made up of freshman. Phil Forte (pictured) is a great point guard, but generally teams with more experience in the backcourt go further in the tournament. However, with the 13th best trio in the country according to Value Add, and a second Le’Bryan Nash also is bound for the NBA, so they are a threat.
