Memphis Moves Ahead Of Thunder With 87-81 Win

The Memphis Grizzlies took a 2-1 lead in their series against the Oklahoma City Thunder and remain unbeaten at home during the playoffs.

Both teams were sloppy, but Memphis stayed in control the majority of the game. The Thunder came back in the fourth quarter, but the Grizzlies drained them with 20 points in the fourth quarter and four free throws in the last minute.

Kevin Durant scored 25 points and only two in the fourth quarter when the Thunder needed more from their leader. It is obvious the Thunder have not found a way to cope without their all-star Russell Westbrook, who went down in game two of the first round.

Memphis received 20 points from Marc Gasol and 14 from Tony Allen and Mike Conley.

Game four is Monday night in Memphis.
