Former NFL Player Charged with Leaving 3-Year-Old Alone in Car at Strip Club

Former NFL player and University of Florida standout from the early nineties, Monty Ray Grow, was arrested Sunday for leaving the three-year-old girl for whom he was responsible in the car while he visited a strip club.

It is unclear what relation Grow, who played one season for the Chiefs and one for the Jaguars, had to the child, but the young girl emerged from the incident just fine.

The former linebacker was charged with child abuse, arrested, and eventually released on $5,000 bail. The incident occurred at Diamond Dolls in Clearwater, FL.
