'Olbermann' Bringing Back 'Worst Person' Segment for ESPN

'Olbermann' Bringing Back 'Worst Person' Segment for ESPN

New ESPN late-night host Keith Olbermann said on Wednesday he will be bringing back his “Worst Person” segment to his late-night talk show this summer.

The segment, modeled after the “Worst Person in the World” segment on his former MSNBC show, will be called, “The Worst Person in the Sports World,” according to a report of his comments at the TCA press tour.

Olbermann, who was responsible for convincing MSNBC executives to be a more blatantly partisan and shrill network, often used the “Worst Person” segments on his MSNBC show to attack conservatives, particularly female conservatives like Michelle Malkin, in vitriolic ways.

ESPN recently hired Olbermann, whose show will debut on August 24, to combat the buzz that will surround the launch of Fox Sports 1.
