Angels superstar Mike Trout is not only one of the most talented players in Major League Baseball who is arguably off to a better start in his career than nearly every other player who has laced up the cleats before him, but he is also someone who is marketable. Major League Baseball wants to make him one of the game’s ambassadors.
On Monday, Trout was unequivocal about what should be done to players who are caught using performance-enhancing drugs–ban them for life:
To me personally, I think you should be out of the game if you get caught,” Trout told WFAN Radio. “It takes away from the guys that are working hard every day and doing it all-natural.”
