NBA Player 'Big Baby' Apologizes for Throwing Keyboard in Hotel Tantrum

NBA basketball player Glen “Big Baby” Davis was fined by the Orlando Magic on Wednesday after he apologized on Tuesday for ripping out a keyboard and throwing it across a Travelodge hotel in an early morning tantrum. Davis was upset after there were no vacancies last Saturday morning.

As the Daily Mail noted, “security cameras caught the moment” when Davis “reached across the reception desk and ripped out a computer keyboard, before throwing it across the room.”

On Twitter, Davis apologized, writing, “There is no excuse for what I did … I was obviously wrong and I take full responsibility.”

Davis, who played for LSU in college, now plays for the Orlando Magic.
