San Francisco 49ers defender Ahmad Brooks, who sacked Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III in San Francisco’s win on Monday night, said after seeing Griffin in person, he believes he is not healthy enough to be on the field.
According to CSNWashington.com, Brooks said that “everybody can see” that Griffin is not 100%.
“I don’t think he should be playing,” Brooks said. “You can see it. Everybody can see it, everybody can see it.”
He continued by saying Griffin is “a man, he has the heart of a warrior and is going to go out there and play regardless of the circumstance.
“Everybody can see it. Everybody can see it,” Brooks said of Griffin’s knee. “He shouldn’t be playing.”
