SEC Fines Schools for Rushing Field, Using Cowbells

The Southeastern Conference (SEC) fined Auburn $5,000 because their fans rushed the field after Auburn’s epic Iron Bowl win over Alabama. 

Mississippi State was fined $25,000 because their fans used cowbells and violated the league’s “artificial noisemaker policy” for a second time. Ole Miss was fined $25,000 for violating the “league’s field access policy a second time” when Rebels fans “rushed the field following the school’s 27-24 victory over LSU.”

Missouri, which lost to Auburn in the SEC title game, was also fined $5,000 because its students rushed the field
