Dikembe Mutombo says he would stuff President Obama’s shot if he played against him–and he would give him the famous Mutombo finger wagging for good measure.
“Of course, I will block his shots,” the former Georgetown center tells TMZ Sports. “I would try my best. Don’t forget the president is a good basketball player.”
Speaking of swats, the five-season NBA leader in total blocks recently stuffed a stubborn rumor that whenever he walked into a nightclub in his glory days, the seven-foot-two Congolese import would loudly ask: “Who wants to sex Mutombo?”
“Who came up with that crap?” he asked ESPN’s Dan LeBatard. “I did have a beautiful girlfriend back in the day. I really did enjoy myself in college. But do you know what? It’s tough that when you get to the top there’s always somebody trying to come up with some funny thing or maybe you took all the girls away from him when he was in college or you did get all the attention when you were walking in the club. Those things, you hear that from the guys. Do you know how many times guys have come to me in the club and said, ‘Oh, man. We don’t like when you guys come to the club because there’s no women looking at us.'”
