Sarah Palin Denounces Donald Sterling's 'Un-American' Comments

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling made “un-American” comments when he was caught on an audio recording telling V. Stiviano that he did not want “black people” to attend his games.

In an interview with Extra, Palin said Sterling’s comments were “atrocious and so passé” and “so un-American!”

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver banned Sterling from the league for life last week and fined him the maximum $2.5 million. Silver also is trying to get three-fourths of the league’s owners to force the Clippers to sell the team.

The Clippers, after having demolished the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals, will play Game 2 in Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
