With Tampa Bay tanking against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, the Buccaneers have secured the rights to the top pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. Tampa Bay and Tennessee need quarterbacks, so 2015’s draft appears a redo of 1993 or 1998. Bledsoe or Mirer? Manning or Leaf?

Do the Buccaneers go for home-state favorite Jameis Winston or his Heisman Trophy successor in Marcus Mariota?
