Tiger Woods shared a 13-second video of himself on social media using a golf simulator.
A two-word caption “Progressing nicely” accompanied the video shot and posted Wednesday morning. Woods shared the clip in an obvious attempt to rebut reports claiming setbacks in his rehabilitation from back issues.

Robert Lusetich of Fox Sports tweeted earlier this week that Woods’ condition worsened, that he experienced pain when he sat, and faced a longer path back to competition than believed. Woods Agent Mark Steinberg called the assertions “ridiculous,” “absolutely false,” and “reprehensible.”
This month, he was in pain while sitting. Last Friday, Steinberg had no update. Now, Tiger’s progressing nicely. Hope to see him @TheMasters

Woods last competed six months ago at the Wyndham Championship. He endured two back surgeries since then.
Woods spent almost the entire first decade of the 21st century as the World Number One. He currently ranks #445.
