Despite the nearly universal hatred of GOP nominee Donald J. Trump exhibited by the national sports media, many athletes supported and endorsed Trump’s run for the White House. On the day after his big win, many of these supporters took to Twitter to celebrate their candidate’s victory.
The folks at ForTheWin.com assembled a list of sportsters who were exultant after Trump’s win.
First up was NASCAR driver Michael Waltrip whose first thought was to unify the country.
