President's Adviser meets British ambassador

SANA'A, Jan. 22 (Saba) - President's Adviser for Security and Defense affaires Ali Mohsen Saleh met here on Wednesday with British ambassador to Yemen Jane Marriott.

Saleh and Marriott reviewed, during the meeting, the latest developments in the national arena and the success of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC), which its final plenary was held on Tuesday in the presence of President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, the NDC President.

The President's adviser accentuated his and all the Yemeni people's support to the national dialogue's outcomes and to their implementation.

Saleh talked about the terrorist crime of assassination of NDC's member Ahmad Sharaf al-Din yesterday, expressing his strong condemnation of the crime and stressing that the killers will not go unpunished.

Marriott expressed the Britain and the international community's congratulations on the success of the NDC, pointing to the importance of intensifying efforts to implement the dialogue's outcomes to meet the aspirations of the Yemeni people.

The British ambassador reiterated her country's support for Yemen in order to succeed the political process.
