Kristen Stewart kiss costs Rupert Sanders in divorce from Liberty Ross

LOS ANGELES, July 28 (UPI) —

Rupert Sanders and Liberty Ross finalized their divorce last week.

The 43-year-old director and 35-year-old model had been married since 2002, and have two children, daughter Skyla and son Tennyson. Ross filed for divorce in January 2013 after photos emerged of her husband and actress Kristen Stewart, then age 22, kissing in a car in July 2012.

Court papers filed on Wednesday reveal Ross will receive the couple’s Los Angeles home and an apartment and house in London. She is entitled to 15 percent of the profits on films Sanders directs and one-half of his residuals on Snow White and the Huntsman. She has also been awarded $25,000 a month in spousal support until June 2018 or when she remarries, and $14,000 a month in child support. The former couple will share joint custody of their children.

Sanders and Stewart met on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman in August 2011. Sanders directed the feature, Stewart starred as Snow White and Ross appeared in flashbacks as Snow White’s mother, Queen Eleanor. The pictures of Sanders and Stewart kissing were published nearly two months after the movie’s June 1, 2012 premiere, and both parties issued public apologies after the affair was discovered.

Sanders is rumored to direct Van Helsing and The Juliet, and Stewart will appear in The Clouds of Sils Maria and Anesthesia later this year.
