Sandra Bullock debuts blonde hair on set of 'Our Brand is Crisis'

NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 23 (UPI) —

Sandra Bullock has new, blonde hair.

The 50-year-old actress was spotted with sandy blonde tresses on the set of Our Brand is Crisis on Monday. Bullock will portray retired American political consultant "Calamity" Jane Bodine in the film, and is currently shooting in New Orleans. The movie is a dramedy based on Rachel Boynton’s 2005 documentary of the same name, and follows the impact of American political campaign marketing tactics on the 2002 Bolivian presidential election.

Bullock is known for her brunette locks, but previously went blonde for Two If by Sea, All About Steve and The Blind Side. The actress is also scheduled to appear as Tupperware icon Brownie Wise in Tupperware Unsealed, and will voice Scarlett Overkill in The Minions.
