Conservative grassroots leaders in the key battleground states of Ohio and Missouri have invited President Trump to deliver the State of the Union Address at local events sponsored by their groups.
Tea Party activists, while critical of the healthcare bill proposed by Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), are giving President Trump the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the process of honoring his campaign promise to repeal and replace Obamacare.
Tea Party for Trump is launching a get-out-the-vote partnership with the National Rifle Association in Ohio and several other key states around the country, “including Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida,” the group announced in a statement on Tuesday.
