Mexican drug smugglers were targeted in a sting operation near the Texas border. Federal agents arrested three men and raided a home allegedly used as a drug distribution “office” by a group smuggling drugs across the border from Mexico.

The government has once again violated the injunction prohibiting the implementation of President Obama’s executive amnesty plan. The action comes right before high-ranking federal government officials, including the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), have been ordered to a August hearing to show why they should not be held in contempt for prior failures to comply with the injunction.

Judge Andrew Hanen has issued a scathing written rebuke directed at government lawyers and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for their misrepresentations made in the case filed against President Obama’s executive amnesty plan. He has ordered the Government to produce related documents by April 21st. He also warned the government against destroying any of this evidence.
