Tom Del Beccaro, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate from California, said during a debate Monday evening that state California Attorney General Kamala Harris should relinquish her investigation into David Daleiden, the investigative journalist who produced the videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s apparent fetal tissue trafficking scandal.
