Court Rules ‘Shoot the Gays’ Referendum Can Be Blocked

On Monday, a judge from Sacramento County ruled that a proposed ballot measure called the “Sodomite Suppression Act,” which called for the execution of gays and lesbians throughout the state, was unconstitutional. Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Raymond M. Cadei’s decision means that the measure cannot advance to the signature-gathering phase, thus barring it from being placed on the ballot.

Next Aggrieved Group: ‘Transabled’–People Who Want to Purposefully Disable Themselves

As we travel pell-mell into a “transhuman” future, one where humans physically remake themselves at will, we are now being presented with “transabled” individuals. People who want to purposefully cut off their arms and/or legs, people who want to blind themselves, and people who otherwise covet becoming disabled in one form or another should be allowed to do whatever they want with their bodies, and the taxpayer should pay for it.

Villalba Abandons ‘Religious Liberty’ Fight, Krause Picks Up His Slack

Texas State House Representative Matt Krause (R-Fort Worth) is going forward with a Religious Freedoms measure apparently abandoned by Rep. Jason Villalba (R-Dallas). Krause’s bill proposes a constitutional amendment which would bar counties, cities, and homeowners associations from interfering “in any way a person’s free exercise of religion.” The amendment is intended to address ordinances passed in Houston, San Antonio, and Plano that target business owners who exercise their religious beliefs about sexual orientation.

Gay Culture is Dead

One of the best things about being gay is that you can totally objectify and degrade your sexual partners without being accused of sexism. That, and the promiscuity and the drugs. But I find myself increasingly in the minority these days
