An undocumented immigrant stands cuffed and shackled at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) processing facility before he and other undocumented immigrants were transported to the airport for a deportation flight May 25, 2010 in Broadview, Illinois. The immigrants at the suburban Chicago facility were flown by charter flight to Harlingen, Texas where they were then bussed to Brownsville and finally walked to the Mexican border and released from custody. The U.S. deports over 350,000 immigrants a year for entering the country illegally, most are Mexican, and more than 90 percent are men.

Police Arrest Mexican Immigrant for Stealing Hundreds of Americans’ IDs

Texas police are holding Mexican immigrant Rodrigo Rodriguez, after multiple law enforcement agencies tracked him down and a search of his apartment revealed “141 Social Security cards, 110 birth certificates, 18 Texas ID cards, 11 Texas driver’s license, 3 tampered birth certificates, 1 marriage license and 1 Mexico ID card,” according to KRGV.com.

Drop in the Bucket: Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty to Trafficking Heroin in Idaho

Illegal alien Andres Avila pled guilty to trafficking drugs in September after Idaho police caught him with 98 grams of heroin during a traffic stop, according to the Idaho State Journal. Much to their credit, the Journal noted Aliva was an immigrant in their headline — though to where the U.S. can ship him back is not reported.

Counties Edge Away from ‘Sanctuary’ Policies in Wake of Kate Steinle’s Murder

Illegal Alien Charged with DUI After Crashing into House, Injuring Family of Five

Julio Cesar Lavarga-Carranza tried to pass another vehicle but lost control of his car and crashed into the family around 6:20 PM local time, according to the TriValley Tribune. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office told local media he got out of his car and ran away before police later arrested him without a struggle. Two adults and three children younger than six years old were injured, but luckily not seriously. According to CBS5, Lavarga-Carranza and the family crashed into someone’s home.
