Late Tuesday afternoon, Minnesota Judge Karen Janisch refused to halt a large Black Lives Matter protest planned for Wednesday at the Mall of America.

Black Lives Matter Minneapolis (BLMM) is planning another confrontational demonstration at Minnesota’s popular Mall of America on December 23rd, the last full shopping day before Christmas. BLMM also protested the mall last year, although this year the protests have more of a focus: the police shooting of Jamar Clark.

A video uploaded to the website LiveLeak shows the high-pressure, racist antagonism towards the police by Black Lives Matter activists in Minnesota who have occupied the area in front of the 4th Precinct police station.

MINNEAPOLIS—Some participants in the funeral procession for Jamar Clark waved liquor bottles and chanted “fuck the police” as the procession made its way though the block that protesters have occupied as part of a Justice For Jamar campaign.

A video of two protestors describing a shooting that took place near a Black Lives Matter event on Monday night has surfaced on YouTube, apparently describing what happened just moments before five people were shot.

Police officers in Minneapolis cleared Black Lives Matter protesters from the vestibule entrance to their own police station Wednesday afternoon.
