Constitution Allows Muslim Immigration Ban

While Hillary Clinton and her Democrats are trying to sell Khizr Khan as a constitutional expert, the reality is that the Constitution allows Donald Trump’s proposed temporary ban on Muslim immigrants from terror-related countries. However, if a liberal justice takes Antonin Scalia’s seat on the Supreme Court, the ban would be struck down nonetheless.

Another Immigration Distraction

With the chaos in Europe from the massive influx of Muslims—particularly Muslim men, many of whom do not share modern Western values of individual liberty and equal rights for women—and with the worldwide constant threat of Muslim atrocities, it’s no wonder that Americans are distraught that our President and Commander-in-Chief not only refuses to acknowledge that we are at war with Islamic extremism, but insists on indiscriminately bringing as many Muslims into this country as possible, and as quickly as possible.

Back in the 90s, during the Age of Lewinsky, many chin-stroking editorials were written about the death of shame and outrage. Defenders of Bill Clinton argued that society was somehow “evolving” past the point where stodgy old Bible-thumping moralists could project their values onto others by shaming them into compliance. Clinton’s bold rejection of conventional morality was presented as a watershed moment in America’s progress toward a supposedly shameless European ideal.
