Stanford Study: ChatGPT Is Suddenly Much Worse at Math

A recent study conducted by Stanford University has unveiled significant performance fluctuations in OpenAI’s AI chatbot, ChatGPT, over a span of a few months. When the study examined OpenAI’s GPT-4 AI chatbot, it recognized a prime number 97.6 percent of the time in March, but just 2.4 percent of the time in June.

Mathematical Association: Critical Race Theory Necessary to Fight ‘Human Biases’ in Math

The Mathematical Association of America recently released a statement in which it pushed back against President Donald Trump’s recent executive to curtail the teaching of critical race theory. The association argued that mathematics contains “human biases” that can only be corrected by promoting critical race theory and other radical doctrines developed on college campuses over the past two decades to math educators and students.

Harvard Promotes Claim that ‘2+2=5’

On Sunday, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health promoted research on Twitter by one doctoral student that claims that two plus two can equal five. The research was quickly mocked by Twitter users, many of whom questioned the value of a Harvard education.
