‘Eye of the Tiger’ Author Sues Another Conservative Over Use of Song

GOP presidential candidate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee’s campaign says it refuses “to be bullied” by Frank M. Sullivan III – the founder of Rude Music and co-author of the song “Eye of the Tiger” – who has sued Huckabee for having the song “Eye of the Tiger” playing in the background as Huckabee walked Kim Davis out of a Kentucky jail.

Feds Must Act to Stop Syrian Refugee Resettlement, State Powers Limited

Even though roughly two dozen state governors have declared their states won’t accept any Syrian refugees, legal scholars are saying it is only the federal government that can stop this program and that state governors can’t close their borders – putting pressure on Congress to take the initiative to block more refugees from entering the country.

Mike Huckabee: There’s ‘No Responsibility to Import Terror into the United States’

GOP presidential candidate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee – one of the first presidential candidates to speak out about the threat of Syrian refugees coming into the U.S. following the terrorist attack in Paris – joined Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM with host Stephen K. Bannon and doubled down, saying, “We have no responsibility to import terror into the United States.”
