Marco Rubio: Donald Trump ‘Gets Really Weird’ When Attacked By Media

“Anytime he reads something or something happens, like a poll is not as good as he wants it to be, he gets really weird and he does and says weird and strange things,” Marco Rubio said with a laugh about Trump, during an interview with New Hampshire radio host Jack Heath, pointing out that the billionaire presidential candidate was “obsessed” with coverage about his campaign.

Politico’s GOP Insiders Think Donald Trump May Be The Nominee

It wasn’t all that long ago that many of the same “early state” operatives and strategists had Trump pegged for an early primary exit. The news that Donald Trump is increasingly likely to win the GOP nomination is likely to force some of the establishment forces dogging him to recalibrate. Say what they will, there’s no way operatives and strategists are going to want to be frozen out from feeding at the general election trough should Trump become their party’s standard bearer next Fall.

Two state polls from NBC/Marist, released Sunday, show Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is now ahead of Hillary by 11 points in New Hampshire, the first primary state. In Iowa, Hillary is still ahead of Sanders, but she only earns 38 percent of the vote among Hawkeye Democrats.
