Congressional Republicans have sent a bill to defund Planned Parenthood, knowing that President Barack Obama has said he will veto it.

Experts and human rights activists at a congressional hearing assert that China’s recently announced switch to a “two-child policy” is nothing more than a continuation of the Communist Party’s control over its citizens through terror, and that little will change as a result of it.

While even illegal immigrants and their supporters will complain President Obama has let them down, the same cannot be said for Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry. Co-chair of the Congressional Pro-Life caucus Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) said last Wednesday that, for President Obama, “everything is subordinated to the abortion agenda.” Smith referred to Obama as “the abortion president.”

The cancellation of the vote comes in the wake of an investigative video released Tuesday morning by pro-life group Center for Medical Progress which depicted Planned Parenthood’s chief medical officer speaking about how to abort a baby intact in order to be able to harvest its body parts for sale. Funding to the breast cancer group would likely have benefited Planned Parenthood, leading Heritage Action to object to a vote on it.

“We have known for a long time that Planned Parenthood is Child Abuse Incorporated,” said Smith, a Republican from New Jersey, in a statement to Breitbart News. “The shocking video released today revealing Planned Parenthood’s engagement in selling baby body parts demands a response from Congress, and we will provide one.”
